## Merino Layers

Non-mulesed merino from a single mill in Biella. Warm wet, quiet on a night train, and it goes a week between washes without anyone minding.

- Alpenglühen Merino Crew 250 (FW-ML-C250) — €139.00. Weight: 250 gsm. Fibre: 100% non-mulesed merino. Knit: Waffle interlock. Sizes: XS-XXL. 250 gsm interlock merino in a waffle knit, spun and knitted at one mill outside Biella from non-mulesed Australian wool. It is the weight we settled on after three winters of arguing: heavy enough to wear alone at 5 °C, light enough that it does not sulk under a shell. The body is cut long at the back so it stays put under a pack hip belt, and the cuffs are ribbed 4 cm deep so they still grip after a season. Wash it cold, dry it flat, and it will hold its shape for years. Page: https://woo.demo.busymate.ai/product/alpengluhen-merino-crew-250/
- Hüttenwarm Merino Hiking Socks (FW-ML-SK) — €29.00. Fibre: 72% merino / 26% nylon / 2% elastane. Cushioning: Terry sole and toe. Sizes: 35-38, 39-42, 43-46. Made in: Portugal. 72% merino, 26% nylon and 2% elastane — the nylon is there because a pure-wool sock does not survive a heel, whatever anyone tells you. Terry cushioning under the foot and across the toe box, a flat toe seam, and a ribbed cuff that holds without leaving a mark. Knitted in Portugal in runs of five hundred pairs, which is why the patterns change once a year and then never come back. Sold as a single pair; most people buy three. - Zugfahrt Merino Longsleeve 190 (FW-ML-LS190) — €79.00 (was €99.00). Weight: 190 gsm. Fibre: 100% non-mulesed merino. Seams: Flatlock, offset shoulder. Sizes: XS-XXL. 190 gsm single-jersey merino, which is the lightest weight we could get to survive a pack strap without pilling. Flatlock seams sit outside the shoulder line so nothing rubs where a pack sits, and the neck is bound rather than ribbed so it does not stretch out in a rucksack. This is the piece people write to us about: it goes seven days between washes and still gets on a plane. Available in cardinal, slate and undyed. ## Bottles & Flasks

Double-walled 18/8 steel, no liner, no paint on the inside. Everything here takes a dent and keeps working.

- Brühzeit 500 Vacuum Flask (FW-BT-F500) — €56.00. Capacity: 500 ml. Hot: 12 h above 70 °C. Lid: Steel cup + pour stopper. Weight: 420 g. Half a litre, a steel cup that unscrews from the top, and a stopper you can pour through without taking off. It holds above 70 °C for twelve hours, which is long enough for a pre-dawn start and a second cup at the summit. The body is 0.6 mm steel — heavier than it needs to be, so it survives being wedged into a pack against a stove. Every part of the stopper comes apart for cleaning, and we stock replacements. Page: https://woo.demo.busymate.ai/product/bruhzeit-500-vacuum-flask/
- Quelle 1L Wide-Mouth Bottle (FW-BT-Q1L) — €34.00. Only 3 left. Capacity: 1 L. Material: 18/8 stainless, single wall. Mouth: 63 mm. Weight: 280 g. Single-walled, so it is light (280 g) and you can boil water in it over a stove, which the insulated one will not thank you for. The 63 mm mouth takes standard gravity-filter threads, a handful of ice, or a bottle brush that actually reaches the bottom. The loop lid is dishwasher-safe and sold separately for six euros when the seal eventually goes. In sea green, slate and undyed steel. Page: https://woo.demo.busymate.ai/product/quelle-1l-wide-mouth-bottle/
- Quelle 750 Insulated Bottle (FW-BT-Q750) — €42.00. Capacity: 750 ml. Material: 18/8 stainless, double wall. Hot: 18 h. Cold: 26 h. Double-walled 18/8 stainless with a vacuum gap and a copper-shielded inner wall. We measured it ourselves at 18 hours above 60 °C and 26 hours below 8 °C in a 20 °C room, which is a boring way to say it works. Nothing that touches your drink is plastic or painted — the cap seal is food-grade silicone and the threads are steel — so it does not pick up the taste of yesterday’s coffee. The exterior is bead-blasted rather than powder-coated, so the scratches it collects look like use rather than damage. Page: https://woo.demo.busymate.ai/product/quelle-750-insulated-bottle/

## Notebooks & Paper

120 gsm paper that takes fountain ink without ghosting, bound flat so the page stays open on a bus tray table.

- Etappe Ruled Refill, 2-Pack (FW-NB-R02) — €18.00. Format: A6. Pages: 192 each. Ruling: 6 mm. Pack: 2 blocks. The inside of the Reisetagebuch, sold on its own: two A6 blocks of 192 ruled pages in the same 120 gsm cream stock, section-sewn so they lie flat. Ruled at 6 mm, which is a line height most people can write two trips of notes in. They slot straight into an existing leather wrap — no glue, no tools — and the old block keeps its own covers so a finished journal still looks like a book on a shelf. Also sold dotted, under FW-NB-R02D. Page: https://woo.demo.busymate.ai/product/etappe-ruled-refill-2-pack/
- Feldnotiz Pocket Notebook, 3-Pack (FW-NB-P03) — €24.00. Format: 90 x 140 mm. Pages: 48 each. Paper: 100 gsm. Pack: 1 ruled, 1 dotted, 1 plain. Three books, 48 pages each, 90 x 140 mm — small enough for a shirt pocket and stiff enough to survive a back one. Kraft covers with a single saddle stitch, 100 gsm paper, and a dotted grid at 5 mm that disappears when you photograph a page. One ruled, one dotted, one plain in each pack, because nobody agrees and we stopped trying to guess. The covers take a pen for labelling, which is the only feature anyone has ever asked us to add. Page: https://woo.demo.busymate.ai/product/feldnotiz-pocket-notebook-3-pack/
- Reisetagebuch Leather Journal (FW-NB-J01) — €64.00. Format: A6. Pages: 192. Paper: 120 gsm cream. Binding: Section-sewn, lies flat. Vegetable-tanned leather over a section-sewn block of 192 pages, A6, in 120 gsm cream paper that takes fountain ink without ghosting through. It is sewn rather than glued, so it lies flat from page one — which matters more than anything else on a bus tray table. The cover is a wrap with an elastic, and the whole block pops out when it is full: refills are eighteen euros and use the same binding. The leather is undyed and will go the colour of whatever you spill on it. Page: https://woo.demo.busymate.ai/product/reisetagebuch-leather-journal/
- Tintenzug Pen & Journal Set (FW-NB-PS1) — €96.00 (was €112.00). Nib: Medium steel, German-made. Fill: Piston converter (included). Ink: 30 ml blue-black iron gall. Includes: Reisetagebuch A6 journal. A medium steel-nib fountain pen in brushed brass, a piston converter so you are not tied to cartridges, a 30 ml bottle of blue-black iron-gall ink, and the Reisetagebuch journal, in a box that is worth keeping. The nib is German-made and runs wet, which suits the 120 gsm paper and will bleed through most notebooks that are not ours. Ink and converter are both refillable and both sold separately. It is the present we send our own people when they go somewhere far. Page: https://woo.demo.busymate.ai/product/tintenzug-pen-journal-set/

## Packs & Bags

Packs sized to the trip, not to the spec sheet. Waxed canvas, recycled nylon and full-grain leather, cut and sewn in batches of two hundred.

- Fernweh 40L Weekender Duffel (FW-PK-D40) — €289.00. Volume: 40 L. Material: 2.0 mm full-grain leather. Weight: 1.9 kg. Hardware: Solid brass, replaceable. A weekender in 2.0 mm full-grain leather that starts stiff and is properly yours by the third trip. The 40-litre body swallows four days of clothes and a pair of boots, and the base is a single unbroken panel so there is no seam to split where the bag is set down. Brass hardware throughout, riveted rather than glued, and the shoulder pad and strap are both replaceable with a screwdriver — we keep spares for ten years from the batch date. It arrives at 1.9 kg empty and will outlast most of the trips you take it on. Page: https://woo.demo.busymate.ai/product/fernweh-40l-weekender-duffel/
- Grand Tour 38L Cabin Case (FW-PK-G38) — €349.00. Currently out of stock. Only 0 left. Volume: 38 L. Shell: Recycled polycarbonate. Weight: 3.4 kg. Cabin fit: 55 x 38 x 22 cm. The Grand Tour is our one wheeled bag, built because enough people asked for a case that does not sound like a shopping trolley on cobbles. A recycled-polycarbonate shell over an aluminium frame, 38 litres, 55 x 38 x 22 cm, and 3.4 kg on our scales. The interior is lined in the same merino jersey as our base layers, which sounds precious until you have pulled a shirt out of it unwrinkled. The wheels are held on by four visible screws and we sell them for eleven euros a pair, because a case that dies from a broken wheel is a design failure, not a sale. Page: https://woo.demo.busymate.ai/product/grand-tour-38l-cabin-case/
- Nachtzug 22L City Pack (FW-PK-N22) — €99.00 (was €119.00). Volume: 22 L. Material: Recycled 420D nylon. Weight: 0.72 kg. Cabin fit: 40 x 30 x 20 cm. Nachtzug is the bag for the leg of the trip that is not the adventure: the sleeper, the airport, the walk from the station at six in the morning. 22 litres of recycled 420D nylon, a flat back so it sits square against a seat, and a lay-flat main compartment that opens like a clamshell so security never asks you to unpack it. There is a zipped pocket on the strap for a passport and a pass-through sleeve for a roller handle. At 40 x 30 x 20 cm it fits the personal-item allowance of every carrier we have flown it on. Page: https://woo.demo.busymate.ai/product/nachtzug-22l-city-pack/
- Wanderweg 28L Daypack (FW-PK-W28) — €149.00. Volume: 28 L. Material: 18 oz waxed cotton canvas. Weight: 1.1 kg. Laptop: Fits 16 in. The Wanderweg is the pack we made first and have changed least. 28 litres of 18 oz waxed cotton canvas over a 3 mm foam back panel, with a padded 16-inch laptop sleeve that lifts 4 cm off the base so a dropped bag does not land on the screen. The roll-top closes down to about 20 litres for a commute and opens out for a two-day hut trip, and the leather-tab compression straps double as a place to strap a wet jacket. It weighs 1.1 kg empty, which is not the lightest pack in the category, and we have never pretended otherwise. Page: https://woo.demo.busymate.ai/product/wanderweg-28l-daypack/
